I'm having a baby!

I'm so excited to share with you that my husband and I are expecting our first baby -a boy- in June. 

 
 

Over the last few months, my appreciation, admiration and flat-out marvel for the human body has grown exponentially. Sometimes I find myself walking around my neighborhood and I realize that I have an actual human being growing in my belly. Each time, I am totally baffled and blown away that my body does this all on its own. All I have to do is nourish it well with great food, positive thoughts, good sleep, and a loving mind.  

Needless to say these initial steps into motherhood have been nothing short of miraculous, totally wild and at times completely surreal for me (& I'm pretty sure for my husband too... I catch him starring at my growing baby belly in total amazement, which I love :)). 

Besides having started to feel my little one move around in his current belly residence, I have also experienced an absolutely amazing expansion of love in my heart.

Love, of course, for my baby and my soon-to-be-dad husband, but also for all the mothers on this earth (including our grandmothers and their mothers, who have served as channels for life every since the beginning of human kind! Try wrapping your head around that ;)) my environment, nature, and women (& men!) like you who I know share my journey of self-exploration in order to create amazing, beautiful, light-hearted, happy lives that are in line with our true desires. Women like you and me who cherish individuality, courage, and the kind of femininity that celebrates being a woman who adores he body and is proud of her curious mind. This is the sort of spirited and kind world I want my baby to be born into, too.

I have realized that this has been my message as a woman and coach for years now, but that it will certainly remain my message as a mother. I want my little one to grow up watching an example of a woman -and a dad!- who genuinely like who they are, who speak about themselves and each other in loving and respectful ways, and who go out into this world pursuing their dreams courageously because they believe in themselves.

SO, THANK YOU for being on this journey with me and making this world a place into which I am happy to introduce my budding baby to :) 

Another shift that has been happening: As you may have noticed over the last months, I have been tying elements of holistic nutrition, fertility, and hormonal health into my blog posts. This is an area I am extremely passionate about after facing my own hormonal imbalances and fearing possibly never have children of my own. Since I began raising this topic in my life, I have encountered countless women who struggle with similar issues and I know I want to offer support and guidance for as many women as possible, because I now know that there are solutions. I have learned a tremendous amount in this field already and am currently getting certified as a 'Women's Health and Nutrition Coach' through The Integrative Pelvic Health Institute. I will share more of this information with you in upcoming months, including my own fertility journey and experiences as an expecting mom-to-be. I hope this is an area that you, too will find empowering, inspiring, and life-changing!

1. The Busy Girl's 6-Week Plan To Balance & Fulfillment

 
 

I have received so many messages over the past months from women asking me when The Busy Girl course will start up again and I am thrilled to announce that the next round will start on Monday February 16th (enrollment will open next Monday, February 2nd). 2. March & April Maternity Leave Special Offers

I am planning on taking at least 3 months off once the baby arrives, so that means that I won't accept new private clients as we are getting closer to our due date in June. In order to serve you the best I can, I will offer a limited number of 1/2-day immersion sessions in March and April. These 1/2 day immersions are extremely powerful and can be used to really hone in on whatever you are working on in your life.

For example: getting organized and setting specific goals for the rest of the year, pinpointing and releasing negative patterns in your life + adopting more positive and constructive ways of seeing yourself and realizing your desires, manifesting and actively inviting lasting love into your life, understanding your body and taking control of your hormonal well-being/ fertility from a holistic point of view.
