Yesterday, the doors to The Busy Girl's 6-Week Plan To Balance & Fulfillment opened for its 3rd round and I have to say I am feeling a bit emotional about it.
Just reading through the feedback from the women in round 1 and 2 over the last few days, I cannot help but reflect on my own journey from busyness/ overwhelm/ confusion about who I am and what I want (not to mention, how to actually realize these desires of mine!), to the life I have now, where I feel comfortable in my skin, clear about my purpose on this earth, and -as simple as it may sound- happy. Not every second of every day obviously, but my existential foundation has shifted to one where I am content, believe in myself, and have no doubt that the world holds magical surprises for me.
To show you that how I feel today has not always been the case but that there are specific tools and realizations about yourself that will take you far and beyond where you are now, I made 3 short videos for you about the 3 lessons I learned about leading a fulfilling life. Plus, I give you 3 mini action steps you can do to take action and begin your journey to fulfillment as well.
Trust me, I know what it feels like to not quite know where to start and hopelessness breads only more hopelessness and self-doubt (vicious cycle alert!). I don’t wish that upon anyone.

Your action step: Think about what you'd like to hear from you partner, your friend, your parent? What would make you feel the best, the most loved, the most cherished? And then, once a day, I want you to stand in front of a mirror, look yourself in the eyes and say that to yourself as if you really really really meant it. I know this can feel totally awkward and weird and strange, but give it an honest chance and just do it :)
