{Video 2} 3 Lessons I Learned about Leading A Fulfilling Life & How You Can, Too

How did you like video #1 yesterday on 'Adjusting Your Internal Landscape' in order to create fulfillment in your life?

I hope you enjoyed it and tried the action step I suggested. Change happens because we take small steps consistently. If you missed yesterday's video, you can watch it here.

Today, I am going to dive into the second lesson I learned from my own journey; remember these 3 lessons are absolute non-negotiables when it comes to creating lasting fulfillment and bliss in your life.

I highly recommend you watch the video below and get inspired to start viewing your life and what's possible for you in a new, fresh, and meaningful way.

Knowing your authentic desires and creating clarity about what you want is a big step. I know, sister! So be gentle with yourself and start this journey with curiosity and playfulness, not pressure and expectation.

Video 2: Know your authentic desires

To recap, your action step:

Create some space -mental, physical, emotional- each day; preferably first thing in the morning. Place your hands on your lower belly -the center of your intuition- and simply ask yourself “What brings me pleasure in my life?” Play with this question and just listen to what comes up without judgement. Take it in and let whatever comes up flow out of you without trying to direct it in any particular way. If you feel like it you can write these things down and turn it into a journal exercise. OR, if you feel super motivated you can do one thing each day that feels pleasurable to you… it doesn’t have to be anything big. Small, consistent acts of kindness and pleasure are the key :)

Creating clarity and fulfillment is possible for you, and it doesn't have to be painful and hard. This is how one of the women from The Busy Girl described her experience of finding herself:

“I thought I should do a lot of different things, but the one thing I never gave much thought was how to be me. The real me. The writer me. The marathon runner me. The authentic, full of life, creative, courageous me. The girl who wasn’t scared to take chances. The woman I was born to be. She was here the whole time, this woman, but I had no idea how to access her. Luckily for me, Caroline did.” - Flavia, SF, writer
