Wish you had a happy(ier) belly?

I think it's safe to say that pretty much everyone desires a happy, smooth, and functioning belly. Let's be honest, struggling with things like constipation, bloating, or diarrhea is not joyful for anyone. In addition, having a malfunctioning digestive system creates energy lags, skin problems, and brain fog that stop you from being productive and in love with your life.

If this is you, know that you are part of the 91% of women that say digestion issues get in the way of their daily life!

91 %!!!! Shocking, right?!?

Personally, I totally know what it feels like to have an unhappy belly that left me low on energy and frankly, feeling gross for many years! Trust me, I know what hating your belly feels like. (More on that in the below video where I am interviewed about my digestive journey!)

Today, I’m so happy to share with you that there is one amazing woman out there who has made it her mission to end the bloating and constipation epidemic spreading among women in the Western world.

Please meet my friend Nadya Andreeva. Nadya just completed her new book Happy Belly: A Woman’s Guide to Feeling Vibrant, Light, and Balanced.

In Happy Belly, Nadya reveals how she healed herself from years of debilitating digestive issues that led to psoriasis, polycystic ovarian syndrome, constipation, and perpetual bloating. Through the wisdom of an ancient way of eating called Ayurveda, combined with mindfulness and psychology, she shows you how you can also have vibrant energy, a clear mind, healthy weight, and optimal digestion -- without calorie-counting or restriction!

Besides being super happy and excited about Nadya's book, I am also excited to share a special interview I did with Nadya, where I reveal my own story with my belly, the foods that make my belly happy (and unhappy), and tips for you on your journey. Watch our interview here!

I want to just emphasize how much changing my nutrition and my lifestyle has affected literally every area of my life. Most importantly, it has really changed my relationship to my own body. Nadya has been such an incredible resource along the way, so if you struggle with digestive issues, skin problems, or sluggish energy, I couldn't recommend Happy Belly more!

With love and to your health,
